As General Manager of Bet-David Consulting, you will be responsible for driving value across the business by leading the practice’s operations, systems, communication, and infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in scaling the business through strong execution, team leadership, and consistent delivery of world-class consulting experiences that strengthen client outcomes and expand our market position.

What You’ll Do
As General Manager, you will deliver value through day-to-day leadership across planning, execution, and performance. This includes:
 
  • Define and drive the business plan: You will set where the organization is going, how it will get there, and what resources are needed across strategic, tactical, and operational plans
  • Ensure operational excellence: Oversee forecasting, objectives, budgets, policies, procedures, and execution rhythms that support growth and accountability
  • Build and lead scalable structure: Divide work into clear functions, group roles into departments, assign accountability, and coordinate the overall effort across the organization
  • Develop the team: Structure the organization, hire and train talent, and ensure teams have the tools and resources needed to win
  • Engage directly with teams: Work closely with leaders and contributors to ensure execution is efficient, effective, and aligned to key priorities
  • Lead through communication and accountability: Provide clear direction, motivate team members, resolve conflicts, and manage performance
  • Drive performance improvement: Measure results against goals, identify breakdowns, and implement adjustments and corrective actions to ensure consistent progress
  • Stay market-aware: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and reduce risk
  • Represent the brand externally: Attend and represent Bet-David Consulting at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen visibility and credibility

This is a highly cross-functional leadership role. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure value is delivered consistently, teams are aligned, and the business is scaling with discipline.

What You’ll Need
We’d love to talk to you if you have:
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or general management roles within consulting or professional services
  • A proven ability to drive growth, expand product lines, and increase business value
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams, resolve conflict, and drive execution.
  • Strategic thinking skills paired with the ability to translate vision into practical, measurable plans
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on client success and business performance
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and execution matters
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
