We are looking for a Manager,Attendee Experience and Hospitality to design and deliver world-class experiences across our event portfolio: from intimate, high-profile gatherings to large-scale conferences with 10,000+ attendees. You will own the entire attendee journey, shaping how our clients feel at every touchpoint: before, during, and after each event. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of our ecosystem, collaborating across media, events, consulting, and technology.
Job Responsibilities
Experience Design and Strategy
Designing the end-to-end attendee journey, ensuring every interaction reflects a premium intentional experience
Develop and implement VIP and tiered hospitality strategies
Create memorable “wow moments” that elevate our brand and differentiate our events
Large-scale conferences or premium experiential events
Designing, not just coordinating, client experiences
Candidates whose experiences is primarily limited to smaller-scale or logistics-only roles may find this position less aligned. Our programs operate at a level that requires strategic thinking, luxury hospitality awareness, and experience serving high-profile clientele at scale.
Compensation: Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
