The Appointment Setter schedules meetings between potential clients and Sales Associates. He/She books appointments, confirms details, manages rescheduling, maintains records, and works with Sales teams to create strategies to generate leads and increase sales. Being an Appointment Setter is a fulfilling career for many, but there also is a career path to Sales Associate and Management roles for those with the desire and drive.
Job Responsibilities
Contact potential clients by phone, email, or other forms of communication; may use scripts and lists of contacts to create interest in our products or services
Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments, including the appointment time, venue or log in instructions, and client contact information
Answer questions from potential clients to determine their interest in the product or service
Arrange the dispatch of sales materials, record notes for follow-up action, update marketing databases, report issues to managers, and maintain statistics of calls made and successes achieved

Compensation: Wage, Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
