We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our senior executive team. The CTO will play a critical role in managing the development of multiple technology products/solutions offered by the Lion Holdings family of companies; Valuetainment, Bet-David Consulting, and Minnect. This individual will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization by providing technology leadership and imagining, designing, and implementing our technology solutions.
Specifically, the CTO provides sound technical leadership and partners with Product Managers throughout the organization to define the technology stack and engineering solutions that make the products come to life. The CTO is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen who is well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. The CTO will assess and scale, maximize and drive – knowing know how to develop systems, leverage relationships, and set the technology vision.
Job Responsibilities
Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
Help departments use technology profitably
Develop technology and engineering roadmap to support business strategy and product managers
Lead, influence, and develop an engineering team focused on innovative solutioning
Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
Must have deep knowledge of technological infrastructure with a focus on technology trends and landscape
Must possess experience and fluency with Open AI and Anthropic
Must have complex knowledge of technical stacks with experience managing Product and Engineering teams
Must understand budgets and business-planning
Must be able to conduct technological analyses and research
Excellent communication skills
Must think strategically with an aptitude for problem-solving
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is required; Graduate or Ph.D. is preferred
Compensation: Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
