The Sales Recruiter deploys talent attraction and acquisition strategies and implements tactics to target top talent for Sales Associate roles. He/She is responsible for promoting sales opportunities, identifying prospective candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews, and managing the overall interview and hiring process. The Sales Recruiter is a strong communicator and comfortable developing and implementing hiring strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Manages the end-to-end interview and hiring process for Sales Associates
Supports the execution of the company’s sales hiring strategy
Works with sales leaders to determine annual hiring needs
Drives talent attraction efforts, and promotes job postings on multiple recruiting sources
Receives and manages applicant flow while targeting talent through a variety of sources (e.g., event participation, campus recruiting, database management, social media)
Conducts first-level interviews via Zoom
Narrows talent pool based on criteria of high performance in sales
Facilitates interviews on behalf of sales hiring teams
Builds relationships with candidates for the future
Tracks metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process
Supports hiring teams and help them make objective hiring decisions
Support HR function with transition, transformation, and new program rollouts
Job Requirements
3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience; sales industry experience ideal
Must have hands-on experience with social media recruiting and recruitment marketing
Familiarity with sales KPIs for high performance as hiring criteria is a plus
Experience executing a hiring strategy
Working knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS); LinkedIn, JazzHR, and Bamboo HR ideal
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent organizational ability
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field
Compensation: Salary, Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
