The Senior Full Stack Engineer has a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, and is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that provide a seamless user experience. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles, a passion for technology, and the ability to mentor junior developers.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers and junior developers
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Implement and manage continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
- Mentor and guide junior developers to foster their growth and development
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Solid understanding of back-end technologies (Node.js, TypeScript) is required
- Open-source knowledge (MCP Supabase) is required
- Foundational understanding of AI (e.g., conversational, generative, automation) is ideal
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) is preferred
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and development is preferred
- Experience with version control systems (Git) is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Relevant certifications or advanced degrees
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Mocha, Selenium, etc.)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
Compensation: Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
